The International Diaspora Youth Leadership Conference 2010 in Toronto brings together future leaders from 19 countries representing youth from five continents from universities, business, government, NGOs, education and the cultural sector for a unique experience aimed at broadening their perspectives on study, work, leadership, and their origin countries.
This conference is a first-of-a-kind idea that is aiming to foster greater awareness and understanding between Youth Serbians in Diaspora and Serbia. It is organized based on the model and ideas which emerged from The First International Conference of Diaspora Youth Leaders which took place on July 9 and 10, 2009, in Belgrade’s Sava Centre. It brought together over 600 participants and speakers from around the world, and its resounding success is documented in their comments and suggestions. 2009 Report
